TUESDAY EVENING YOGA,  8.00PM - 9.15PM Candle Light Flow with Jayna Cavendish About Jayna:  "I found my love for Yoga in India 7 Years ago, having already gained extensive knowledge of the body and holistic health throughout my life from my professional dance training and passion for movement. My classes range from slow, connected flows, to upbeat dynamic practices. Whichever style I am teaching my aim is to always balance the body, mind and heart. I do this by focusing on the connection to our spirit in combination with strength and correct alignment.   I aim to nourish and support whoever is on the mat whether you are a total beginner or experienced Yogi.  I am also also a musician therefore music plays a big importance in KIND from Yoga playlists for class to live music and mantra singing and retreats. I trained at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary dance then continued to work in dance, improvisation, choreography and somatic practices. I became passionate about Vipassana meditation at 22 and have continued to explore different techniques of meditation which have, alongside yoga and a life of self inquiry, changed my life immensely.  I completed my 200 hour Yoga alliance teacher training with Shiva Shakti Yoga school in 2014 in Goa. I opened KIND as a studio space originally in 2014, I now have the great opportunity of sharing KIND further into the London community and I am very much enjoying KIND’s nomadic new energy!" £12 drop in or 5 x class pass £50 www.kind-yoga.com
